Our treatment setting is intimate with a high staff to client ratio, and an emphasis on individual therapy and highly individualized treatment.
We are seeking a Clinical Director for our Clementine Twin Lakes location.
The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall clinical quality of our adolescent residential-treatment program.
This includes ensuring quality care, continuous quality improvement, appropriate staffing matrix and budget responsibility.
This position will be responsible for overseeing all matters related to clinical programming of the facility, reflecting our mission to further enhance our patients' experiences.
Qualifications At least 3 years of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting.
Ability to oversee clinical programming.
Familiar with processes relating to admissions and utilization review.
Comfortable collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
Manage budgets with a preference for knowledge of key performance indicators.
Experience working with an eating disorder program very highly desired.
Knowledge of CQI (continuous quality improvement) and Joint Commission standards is preferred.
Employee selection skills and performance management is a plus.
Must hold Master's-level or higher in a clinical counseling discipline.
Virginia license (or license-eligible) commensurate with education.
